Maker Studio is a makers’ & performers’ collective, set up in the spring of 2012 and based in London.

There’s a vast amount of creative & making talent in this country, and most of us don’t get the chance to develop our potential. This can be for any number of reasons – no space to work, nobody to share it & get excited with, no tools & materials, no way to sell our work, nobody to judge our skills against & improve with.

So our plan is to provide all those – to put makers & performers in touch, help start conversations, share resources, and provide studio & gallery space where we can.

We’re currently looking for a space in East London to set up a shared studio, craft shop, & rehearsal/performance space, so watch the blog!
